Our Beginning
After serving 11 years in the industry beginning as intern architect and progressing to principal and a firm owner at the corporate level, Jeremy Beatty then founded Beatty Architecture, LLC. We are a small-town architecture firm located in New Wilmington, Pennsylvania. We are licensed in Pennsylvania and Ohio.

Our mission is to provide high-quality architectural design services and a collaborative, client-focused approach. At Beatty Architecture LLC, we work closely with our clients to understand their needs and meet expectations. We understand that making the choice to begin a project can be overwhelming and our hope is to make the process enjoyable and exciting throughout every project phase.

We specialize in residential, commercial, and institutional architecture. Our portfolio has grown substantially in our first year of business and we are excited for the many new opportunities! Our scope of services ranges from the initial concept planning phase, construction documentation phase, and project management/completion phase. Looking to get started with initial concept design? Jeremy Beatty, RA - Owner
Jeremy Beatty is a licensed architect and the owner of Beatty Architecture, LLC. Jeremy earned his Bachelor of Science in Architecture and Environmental Design and Master of Architecture from Kent State University. He believes that listening and understanding the client's goals and objectives is instrumental in the success of any project. Delivery of thoughtful design, centered around the client's needs, is the expectation. Jeremy's professional portfolio consists of K-12 schools, new residential design, existing home renovations/additions, professional buildings, and collegiate level work. He has designed houses from Belize, South America, to Zambia, Africa, as well as tiny houses, church renovations, athletic facilities, electrical unions, and more. He is eager to continue expanding his experience.
